Constitution Of Madina   The constitution of Madina or the charter of Madina is the constitution of first Islamic State in the city of Madina which ended the 100 years old inter-tribal fighting between the two tribes, Aws and Khazraj of Madina. The historians further agree on the fact that this constitution established the following at Madina: •Peace and security of the community •Religious freedom for all the community-members •Acceptance of Madinah as a sacred place (barring all violence and weapons)  •Security of women Equipped with these principles, the Prophet (PBUH) managed to establish the first Islamic state, which included people of different religions and several cultural backgrounds in an Ummah Wahidah (one nation) based on universal principles that constituted the Charter.

 Masjid Eh Nabwi After Muhammad (PBUH) and the Muhajireen had settled in Madina, they now decided to build a Masjid (Mosque). There was a vacant piece of land belonging to two orphans of the Najjar clan. They offered it free of charge to Muhammad (PBUH) but Muhammad (PBUH) refused, and bought it from them. Muhammad (PBUH) and His companions worked like ordinary workmen in the building of the Masjid. It was the proud privilege for the Sahaba to work with the beloved Prophet.  The construction of the Masjid was a very simple one. The walls were made of mud bricks and the roof was supported by the trunks of palm-trees. The leaves and twigs made up the roof itself. A platform was raised in the corner of the courtyard for the residence of such followers who had no home or family, and they were known as Ashaabe Suffah; the residents of Suffah. Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) The Messanger Of Allah(SWT)   Muhammad (PBUH) would often leave the crowded city and go to the cave in Mountain Hira. He liked to be alone there, away from all thoughts of the world and daily life, eating and drinking little. In his fortieth year, Muhammad (PBUH) left Makkah to spend Ramadan, the traditional month of retreat, in the cave. In the second half of Ramadan, Allah began to reveal His message for mankind through Muhammad (PBUH). This first Revelation occurred as follows: Jibraeel came to Muhammad (PBUH) in the cave and commanded him to Read. Muhammad (PBUH) replied “I cannot read”. At this Jibraeel took Muhammad (PBUH) in his arms and pressed him too hard until it was almost too much to bear.
